Asian Games : Washington Sundar's spin left the Bangladeshi players dumbfounded as he claimed two wickets in an over.

Hangzhou : India and Bangladesh are playing in the Asian Games 2023 men's cricket semi-final. Team India had won the toss and chosen to bowl first in this particular match. The bowlers demonstrated how accurate captain Ruturaj Gaikwad's decision was. Bangladesh's situation was made worse by Washington Sundar, a spinner, in particular.
When Sundar claimed two wickets in the innings' sixth over, Bangladesh was taken aback. Firstly, Rinku Singh caught captain Saif Hasan out on the third ball of the sixth over. Zakir Hasan was then dismissed to Yashasvi Jaiswal, who was positioned in the slips, on the fifth ball. The Bangladeshi team was thus compelled to give up in front of Washington Sundar. In his four overs, Washington Sundar conceded just 15 runs while claiming two significant wickets.
96 runs to the all-out for Bangladesh
Not just Washington Sundar, but all of Team India's bowlers displayed their skill. The Bangladeshi team as a whole was reduced to 96 runs because of this. Out of the batsmen, only three had reached double figures.
In addition to Washington Sundar, Sai Kishore displayed incredible bowling performance. In four overs, he claimed three wickets for just twelve runs. While Shahbaz Ahmed, Tilak Verma, Ravi Vishnoi, and Arshdeep Singh each claimed one wicket.
The only bowler who could not find success was Shivam Dubey. Let us inform you that five Indian spin bowlers have bowled and taken wickets in T20 cricket for the first time.
