IND vs ENG: Virat Kohli Looking Forward To Play These England Bowlers, Says 'I Would Like To Test Myself...'

Before the match on Sunday in the ODI World Cup, Virat Kohli, India's star bowler, had nothing but good things to say about England's cricketers. If you look at the points table, England is at the very bottom and is the only team that has not lost yet. They will be looking to get their second win of the event. England is having a tough time in the ICC Cricket World Cup right now. They are ninth in the points table and have only won one of their five games. Their chances of making it to the playoffs have gone down a lot. To stay in the running, they need to win their last four games and hope that other teams also do well. Kohli said he wanted to play against England's Mark Wood, who is fast, before their important match, maybe as a personal challenge and to see how good he is. England is trying to get back on track in the World Cup, and they will be playing a tough Indian team that also wants to make it to the playoffs. "Mark Wood, I have played against Mark Wood." Virat Kohli said on Star Sports, "I think he is a great bowler; he has the skills to trouble the batsmen. I would like to test myself against real pace." Kohli also talked about Adil Rashid, saying that he was "underrated and challenging." Kohli said, "Adil Rashid is a very underrated bowler who has been doing great for England. He is a very tough bowler that I am looking forward to playing against." In ODIs, the hitting master has a great record against Rashid Khan, who spins the ball. Rashid has an average of 70.66 against him, and he has only been out three times in Tests. Another thing the 34-year-old player said was nice about Joe Root's skills was that he liked his back slap shot and said he wanted to do the same in the future. "I would like to take that shot because Joe Root is a great all-around player," Kohli said. The team has been working hard in Lucknow for the past two days in order to keep up their winning streak before their game on Sunday.

As they got ready for their big game, Kohli said he wanted to play Mark Wood of England because of how fast he is, maybe as a personal challenge and a test of his skills.
