Only three Sri Lankan bowlers, Lahiru Kumara, Dunith Wellalage, and Dushan Hemantha, were successful, each taking one wicket. Bangladesh easily surpassed the goal with eight overs to spare. Meanwhile, Afghanistan did not play their first warm-up match. Rain caused the game versus South Africa to be cancelled.
