Tommorow On October 23, Pakistan (PAK) and Afghanistan (AFG) will face each other in the 22nd match of the ICC Cricket World Cup.

The match will take place at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Pakistan has performed well in their recent matches, securing two wins out of four.

On the other hand, Afghanistan has only managed to win one match. They are ranked fifth and last, respectively. 

In their last match, Pakistan faced off against Australia. Pakistan won the toss and chose to field.

The decision turned out to be a nightmare for the Pakistani bowlers, as the opening duo of Australia had an exceptional performance, scoring a remarkable 259 runs.

Although the rest of the team did not have a strong start, they managed to accumulate a total of 367 runs. Pakistan also had a good start, with several of their batters making promising starts.

However, they faced the setback of losing wickets at regular intervals, which ultimately proved to be detrimental. As a result, they ended up losing the match by a margin of 62 runs.
In their last match, Afghanistan faced off against New Zealand. Afghanistan won the toss and chose to field. The team had a strong start with their top order performing well.

However, the middle order faced some difficulties, going from 109 for 1 to 110 for 4. Fortunately, the experienced players Latham and Phillips stepped up and took charge, leading the team to a solid total of 288 on a slow pitch.

Afghanistan struggled to stay in the chase as they consistently lost wickets from the very beginning. Some of their batters did manage to get starts, but none of them were able to establish themselves and as a result, they lost the match by a significant margin of 149 runs.
