Afghanistan vs Sri Lanka Highlights, World Cup Warm-Up Match: Kusal Mendis blasted 158 as Sri Lanka were bowled out for 294 by Afghanistan before losing by six wickets in a rain-soaked contest in Guwahati.

Mendis, who was captain for the day while Dasun Shanaka sat out the final warm-up, scored 87 runs off 87 balls. He hit 19 fours and nine sixes as Afghanistan failed to apply the brakes, with just former captain Mohammad Nabi scoring 4-44.

When rain stopped play in the 21st over, Afghanistan was comfortably on 118 for 1. They were subsequently given a modified target of 257 off 42 overs, which they easily achieved with 23 balls to spare.
