IDFC First Bank Limited won the bid for the title sponsorship rights of all Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) international and local home matches.

Indian cricket is about to start a new era.

IDFC First Bank will be the main sponsor for many cricket games during the three-year partnership.

This includes both men's and women's international matches, as well as important local tournaments like the Irani Trophy, Duleep Trophy, and Ranji Trophy, as well as Under-19 and Under-23 cricket matches held in India.

The partnership will start with the much-anticipated 3-match ODI series against Australia, which will start next month. With this partnership, IDFC First and the BCCI will work together to give cricket fans events they have never had before.

The deal will last for three years, from September 2019 to August 2026. During that time, 56 international games will be played. From this title marketing deal, the BCCI should get about Rs. 235 crore.
