Cricket World Cup 2023 India Vs Pakistan: BCCI Release List Of Stars To Perform At Pre-Match Show In Ahmedabad; Check Here
There will be no opening ceremony before the Cricket World Cup 2023 begins on October 5. However, the BCCI has invited three prominent Indian singers to perform ahead of the IND versus PAK match on October 8.

The fans are eagerly awaiting the match between India and Pakistan in the ongoing Cricket World Cup 2023, especially the fortunate ones who have tickets to the thrilling match on October 14 at Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium.

Knowing that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has scheduled a pre-match show prior to the match should make them double delighted.

This will be a day-and-night event at the largest cricket stadium globally, with the game starting at 2:30 pm IST and the toss at 1:30 pm.

At least four hours before the first ball is hit, fans will be able to access the ground as the pre-match show starts at 12.30 pm IST. Thus, arrive at the location on time if you have match tickets for the India vs. Pakistan game.

If not, you won't get to see some of the biggest singing talents in India perform just before the game.

Before the IND-Pak match, who is performing at the pre-match show?

Three artists have been asked to play at the pre-match show on October 14; BCCI announced this to the fans via its X account.

Shankar Mahadevan, Sukhwinder Singh, and Arijit Singh are those people. The 'Musicial Odyssey' would start at 12.30 pm IST, the board further told the fans.

Notably, this year's World Cup did not have an opening ceremony. At the same location, the England vs. New Zealand match on October 5 marked the tournament's opening. The BCCI, however, intended to host a pre-match show prior to the thrilling India vs. Pakistan match, thus there was no grand opening ceremony scheduled.

Even for India matches, the World Cup is not drawing enough spectators to fill the stadiums. As fans have previously complained about difficulties they had booking tickets, it could be the result of a flaw in the ticketing system.

As a result, the BCCI distributed thousands additional tickets for the India vs. Pakistan game to fans. The weather is another reason why supporters do not attend the stadium, particularly during day matches.

Because of the extreme temperatures in both north and south of India, some fans opt to visit only in the evening.

The match between India and Pakistan will be unique because it is known as the "Mother of All Battles." If you witness crowds lining up early in the morning to enter the Narendra Modi stadium, don't be alarmed.
