India (BCCI) has chosen its 15-member final team for the ICC Men's ODI Cricket World Cup 2023 today, which starts next month in India. The selection group, which is led by Ajit Agarkar and is part of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), will make the announcement soon.
Since openers KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer have shown they are fit, the only player who needs to be checked out right now is all-rounder Axar Patel.
The Bengaluru Kings left-arm spinner hurt his left thigh and hasn't played since the Asia Cup 2023 final earlier this month. Ravichandran Ashwin has taken his place in the three-match ODI series against Australia.
